What You'll Do

You will be responsible for blending strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, advising on developing and defining operational strategies to help our clients around the world solve their most critical problems.

You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement.

This includes:

• Researching and analyzing information
• Partner with other professionals to drive the business forward
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Doing all the operational activities which come along the process
