• Supervise the staff in install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning system.
• Responsible for Servicing and maintaining.
• Prepare incentive plan for the team.
• Plan efficient manpower requirement in service team for each of the products and ensure service is provided to the entire customer efficiently.
• Keep the team motivated and ensure employee retention.
• Active co-ordination with the principals whenever required.
• Ensure efficient maintenance of inventory.
