Job Description

  • Handling of entire service team, set service and parts revenue targets and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Prepare incentive plan for the team.
  • Plan efficient manpower requirement in service team for each of the products and ensure service is provided to the entire customer efficiently.
  • Keep the team motivated and ensure employee retention.
  • Management reporting on daily basis and update about the status of service team (in terms of revenue, customer complains, manpower efficiency and new ideas for improvement).
  • Active co-ordination with the principals whenever required.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance of inventory.
