  • Qualifications : BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (preferable with Technical Diploma in Biomedical / Electric / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or solid 2-3 years work experiences as Sales Manager/Officer/Executives in Medical Sectors with Science/Biology background
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business - Import/Export/Merchandising - preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions throughout Nepal.
  • Familiarity with the products or services being offered by the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Job Description

DEPARTMENTS - OPTHALMOLOGY DEPT.- 6 persons, DIGITAL DENTISTRY DEPT..  - 2 persons, RADIOLOGY DEPT. - 2 persons, NICU DEPT. - 2 persons

Responsibilities :

  • To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, 
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable,
  • Maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check,
  • Sumbit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.
