Job Description

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment at customer sites
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibrations on medical equipment
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Document all service and repair activities in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on new medical equipment and technology in the market
