Responsibilities:

• Prepare a plan on how the client service requirements can be fulfilled on need basis and on regular basis
• Communicating with clients (Hospitals and other medical organization), their engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Promptly following up on service requests on machine break down and receiving customer feedback
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
• Installation of Medical equipment and providing demonstrations on equipment knowledge to the customers to ensure that customers are well trained on operations, application and safety of the equipment
• Maintaining the record of all the install bases and providing timely preventive maintenance of those equipment and update technically and academically oneself as per such requirements
