Job Description

Service Engineer will responsible for Field Services, Preventive Maintenance & Installations of Medical Equipment sold by the company. And need to provide application (clinical) support and training to the customer, end user and OT in-charge.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Service engineer will be responsible to respond to customer service calls and perform on- site / off-site repairs. They will conduct troubleshooting, User Demonstration and provide technical support services, such as replacements of the needed equipment components. His responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports. Performing Preventive maintenance, Signing AMC & CMC contracts etc.

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Provide application (clinical) support and training to the end user, nurses and OT In charge.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Manage all repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Cooperate with technical team.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
  • Willingness to travel whenever require.
