As a Service Engineer, your tasks will include testing, providing technical support, resolving issues, or doing quality assurance checks and reporting to the service head.

Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdown calls. Provide prompt service (inside and outside valley)
• Provide detailed service reports with relevant signatures and company stamps to service administration
• Keep track of every breakdown and opt for quick solution to minimize downtime of equipment
• Complete Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on time (Inside/outside valley)
• Complete Safety updates provided by company on time
• Responsible for providing signed document (Warranty Claim form, Delivery Order etc) with relevant signatures and stamps on time before/after replacement of parts
• Available to attend service call for any equipment supplied by East West in case of emergency/ as per requirement
• Coordinate in all large field projects, repairing and replacing equipment for response time and service levels
• Maintenance of the hardware and software products
• Resolving hardware and software problems on time
• Frequent local travel which can include long distances
• Travel can also cover regional support
• Participation in various staff meetings, in various field projects as necessary
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Responsible for timely deliver VAT bill for replaced parts
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Other works when and as assigned by the company
