Job Description

  • Cordinate with the Service and Application team and customer to provide best customer service
  • Attend service and application call for Laboratory Diagnostics Equipment inside and outside Kathmandu Valley
  • Guide user for application support and travel to site as an when required
  • Take ownership of customer issue and provide prompt service.
  • Maintain as service log book and supervise the service log book of the team
  • Attend regular/periodic service and application call
  • Keep Data on customer service experience
