  • Bachelor’s degree in automobile or mechanical engineering from reputed University
  • At least one year experience in relevant position (automobile sector preferred)
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Proficient in MS office package
  • Capability to work under high pressure

Job Description

  • Greet customer and assist them with any inquiries
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Must have strong communication, presentation, writing skills, email etiquette and phone skill
  • Determine needed maintenance and diagnosis cause of malfunction or refer to test technician as necessary
  • Handle telephone calls regarding work in process appointments, technical and service related inquires
  • Generating service order, then track and close upon completion. Generate estimations and quotes for customer
  • Assist service manager to coordinates vehicle repairs based on time estimates, parts availability and skill level
  • Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Conducting post-repair follow up
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Educate and sell vehicle warranties to customers when needed
  • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
