Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care. This role involves coordinating service appointments, managing customer expectations, and working closely with our service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Mechanical Engineering or a relative degree.
• Experience: Minimum experience of 2-3 years as automotive service advisor.
• Knowledge and Skills: Automotive knowledge is essential, plus excellent communication and selling skills.
