Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and growing digital transformation company, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Linux system administration and possess expertise in various web hosting technologies.

Responsibilities:
Linux System Administration:

• Proficient in Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, and Red Hat.
  
• Experience with IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH.
  

Web Servers:

• Professional experience with Apache / LiteSpeed Web server administration.
  
• cPanel & WHM Server Environments
  
• Familiarity with Nginx and Samba.
  

Database Management:

• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and MariaDB.
  
• Experience with PHP Modules and Multiple PHP versions.
  

Networking:

• Competence in FTP, DNS, HTTP.
  
• Understanding of HTTP, DNS, Internet Protocol, and the OSI Model.
  

Security:

• Administration of SSL certificates for web servers (creation, application, troubleshooting).
  
• Web Hosting Environment:
• Previous experience in a web hosting environment or supporting the development environment.
  
• Ability to provide phone call support.
  

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Professional hands-on experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
  
• Familiarity with Plesk and cPanel.
  
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  

Communication:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• Proven customer service skills.
  

Problem-Solving:

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
  

Organizational:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work within a dynamic environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional IT experience in a large hosting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computers or related field.
