About the job

We are looking for SEO Team Lead for reputed digital marketing company having national and international client base.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Team Lead. An SEO (Search Engine Optimization) team lead manages a team of SEO specialist and analyst to improve a website's online visibility and search engine rankings. Also support sales efforts and clients. Some responsibilities of an SEO team lead include:

Strategy: Develop and present strategy recommendations to clients, and brainstorm new SEO growth strategies.

Team management : Lead and mentor the team, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Client relations: Be the primary point of contact for clients, and diffuse tense situations between clients, team members, and other departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Result Oriented: Set and achieve ambitious SEO targets and KPIs. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Data Driven: Leverage data and analytics to drive SEO strategy and decision-making.

Support: Support sales efforts with data, strategy, and in-person meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and handling SEO Team.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
