Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and analytical SEO Specialist (Mid-Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all core areas of SEO On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, and Local SEO and have a proven track record of improving organic visibility and search engine rankings. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices across client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to identify SEO opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure for On-Page SEO performance.
Perform Technical SEO audits to identify issues (crawl errors, indexing, speed, mobile optimization, etc.) and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
Plan and execute effective Off-Page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and digital PR.
Optimize business listings, citations, and Google Business Profiles for improved Local SEO performance.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Create regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into content creation.
