Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, identify trends, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and website structure.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the website is properly structured for SEO, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO fixes.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, content optimization, and meta tag management.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Familiarity with website analytics and SEO performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Not Required but great to have

• Background in content marketing or copywriting.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Someone who thinks outside the box.
• Understands Google’s Page Rank and other modern algorithms used in SEOs.
