Academic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline

Required Skills:

Excellent English language ability
Excellent Public Relation skills
Outstanding Digital Marketing Expertise

Required Experience:

Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in the editorial role in English Journal or Newspaper

Other Requirement:

Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Roles and Responsibilities:

Look after website and perform SEO on the daily basis
Plan and implement Social Media, Google, and other digital marketing
Design, develop and finalize digital marketing contents like banner, poster, video etc.
Lead the team members of the digital marketing team
Brainstorm for new and creative growth strategies
Develop and establish an appropriate marketing strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Conditions:

Starting Salary: Rs. 39,000 + based on the qualification/experience and expertise or work-based contract

Festival Bonus: 1 Months Salary/negotiable based on English Language ability, experience and other

Bonus: Excellent Performance based bonus

Staff Welfare Fund:

All staffs will have access to Staff Welfare fund under organizational rules and regulations
