Job Description

Department: Web Development

Position Overview:

We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Senior WordPress Developer to lead, develop and manage WordPress-based web projects from development to deployment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in custom WordPress development, along with a strong understanding of cPanel, hosting environments and modern tools such as Elementor, page builders and other. You will be working closely with our design, content, and project management teams to build fast, responsive, and scalable websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
Handle cPanel, WHM, FTP, domain setup, DNS configuration, and SSL installation.
Manage server environments, troubleshoot hosting-related issues, and optimize website performance.
Design and build responsive websites using Elementor, WPBakery and other builders.
Customize and maintain eCommerce sites and WooCommerce sites.
Deploy and migrate WordPress sites between servers or environments (development → staging → production).
Ensure site performance, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Timely update WordPress core, plugins, and themes, while ensuring site stability and security.
Work with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, mail systems).
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
Review performance and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and conflicts.
