Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wordpress Developer to join their team. As a Senior Wordpress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Wordpress websites for various clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the websites.

• Design and develop custom Wordpress websites based on client requirements
• Create and modify Wordpress themes and plugins
• Optimize website performance and ensure the websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
• Collaborate with designers to implement visual and interactive elements into the websites
• Implement best practices for website security and data protection
• Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on existing websites
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Wordpress development
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Wordpress development, including custom theme and plugin development
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
• Ability to create clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Familiarity with website security best practices
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wordpress Developer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with popular Wordpress frameworks and page builders, such as Elementor or Divi
• Knowledge of PHP
• Experience with website performance optimization techniques
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for website design
• Experience with website hosting and deployment processes
• Ability to work with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for developing high-quality Wordpress websites. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
