Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Web Developer. The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the scalability and security of web applications. The Senior Web Developer will also provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and actively participate in code reviews and software architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, security, and accessibility best practices
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Agile)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to translate design specifications into functional web interfaces
• Experience with server-side programming languages (e.g.PHP) and frameworks (e.g.Laravel,l)
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Eloquent, Hibernate)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in a senior or lead web developer role is preferred
• Relevant certifications in web development are a plus
