Job Description

At Logpoint, we are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead our User Experience efforts in Nepal. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll help shape the future of our cybersecurity products. You will play a pivotal role in defining and driving UX excellence for our next-generation cybersecurity products, while acting as the senior UX authority in our Kathmandu office.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders across offices, and work alongside our UX team based in Denmark. As a design leader, you’ll ensure a consistent, user-centered design approach while mentoring others and advocating for UX best practices.

What You Will Be Doing : 

  • Lead UX strategy and execution for our SIEM product line, ensuring intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers across Nepal and Denmark to align product priorities with user needs and business goals.
  • Act as the local UX advocate, guiding design maturity, mentoring team members, and shaping the design culture in our Nepal office.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into clear, efficient, and engaging UI patterns and interactions.
  • Deliver high-quality UX assets—user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications—that support product development and roadmap goals.
  • Drive and contribute to user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights that shape product direction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven ability to take ownership of design initiatives from concept to delivery, while aligning with product vision and business objectives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-team alignment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and helping elevate design standards within a growing team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications, preferably in B2B or technical domains.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and enterprise user behavior.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems and UX guidelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
  • Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing methods.
