Other Specification

At least University degree in Engineering, Computer Application/Science, IT or related field.
Not less than 5 years of experience in design, implementation, upgrade and/or support of ICT infrastructure and/or data centers. Prior experience in banking/financial technology implementation and support is desirable.
Expert in Windows and Unix/ Linux OS platforms, exchange servers and other infrastructure management applications
Good working knowledge of databases including Oracle, SQL, etc.
Understandings of data management/ warehousing and PKI infrastructure highly preferred.

Job Description

This is a mid-level role to act as a point of contact on all infrastructure and technology related matters in the organization. He/ She assist the line manager in planning, implementing and maintaining the organization’s ICT infrastructures and ensure IT security policies/ procedures are adhered.

Job Responsibilities:

Setups and maintains data center, ICT infrastructures including servers, hardware, networks and associated systems.
Identifies and implements necessary upgrade and security patches in networks and servers.
Oversees system backups, data archiving and ensures adequate contingencies are maintained for the critical infrastructures.
Maintains all communication systems including telephone, fax, internet, other communication systems
Monitors NCHL’s network between DC, DR and with the member BFIs.
Performs system backups, data archiving participate in disaster recovery drills.
