Strong English speaking and writing skills
MS/BS CS/ BE or related major
Able to work in day and night shift (the US time, GMT-8) in a plus
4+ years of software development experience among which
2+ years in Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
Proficient with Microsoft .NET & .NET Core development using C#
Experience building REST API on .NET Core
Experience with frontend development using Angular or React will be preferred
Knowledge and experience with database development including NoSQL and relational database design in SQL
Experience in multiple areas below are plus
Development of apps utilizing Microsoft’s Graph APIs would be ideal
VoIP or Call processing - Networking protocols (SIP Protocol)
Contact Center software design/implement
3+ years in Cloud application experience
Prior experience in Unified Communications, SIP, Call Center, VoIP or PBX product are highly preferred

Major duties include:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve field reported issues.
Identify and fix bugs for Altigen’s Service Delivery Platform and UC Applications
Enhance, design and develop software for Altigen's Unified Communication solutions
Work with QA team in delivering world-class experience products and services for our customers
