Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or relevant subject
4+ years of experience in end to end software development using object-oriented languages like Java, .Net etc.

Must Have Skills:

Hands-on software development experience (preferably in full stack development environments)
Strong knowledge on OOP based programming languages like Java, .Net etc.
Experience in integration with RESTful APIs and back-end technologies
Strong understanding of MVC concepts, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Programming
Knowledge of testing frameworks/methodologies (TDD)
Experience working with source control systems, such as Subversion, GIT, TFS etc.
Ability to communicate well and make technology recommendations based on best practices

Other Skills:

Working experience of understanding of Enterprise Integration Pattern is huge benefit
Working Experience in Agile Methodologies
Ability to understand and utilize new technologies quickly
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Banking experience would be added value

Should get involved on all stages of Software life cycle process: Planning, design, development, Testing and deployment
Collaborate with business to define requirements and design detailed engineering solutions
Continuously self-educate and mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques
Follow coding standard during development
Maintain legacy code and implement the new requirements in best possible way
Prepare Technical/flow diagram
Review software engineering approach to proposed solutions to ensure adherence to best practice
