• To visit and engage with formal and informal waste worker within Kathmandu Valley  in their settlement areas.
• Facilitate in Establishing Project Activities in informal waste workers settlement areas.
• Project Implementation/ Facilitate in distribution of project components.
• Conducting participatory and consultative meetings with formal and informal waste worker to bring about a positive change in their lives.
• To monitor and prepare periodic reports of the project.
• Supervise Social Mobilizers
