Job Description

True Wellness is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Inventory Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory stock and overseeing purchase sourcing to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings and internal communications
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and update inventory records regularly
  • Market visits for inventory purchases
  • Monitor stock levels and manage stock requisitions
  • Coordinate with purchase and sales teams
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile records

Accounting Tasks:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial reports
  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally) for data entry and reporting
