Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at Think Move Solutions in Kathmandu. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure the Salesforce platform meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

System Architecture & Optimization:

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce architecture to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Refactor existing codebase for maintainability and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

System Maintenance & Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the Salesforce environment.
• Conduct system updates, including patches and upgrades, with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
