Vijay Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain key relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with sales team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively sell our products and services.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote our brand and increase sales.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Identify and attend industry events to network and market our brand.
Work closely with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions of customer concerns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Preference will be given to a person having Automobile or related background in either their education or experience of at least 4-5 years
Willing to learn and capable of working in a team and independently with a demanding workload
Strong commercial awareness and understanding, persuasion skills
Able to collect market/industry data and perform analysis
Pro-active, hands-on, communication skills
Must have initiative to be creative and come up with plans and ideas for sales campaigns
Proficiency in operating Computer Packages, social media
Must have his/her own transportation.
