Responsibilities for Sr. Officer ( Lift/ Elevator)

Visit every building equipped with elevators and escalators
Collect data of client & product
Need to raise enquiry for modernization sales
Need to participate on survey of existing product
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Identify and engage potential customers, architects, contractors and developers.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
