Responsibilities for Sr. Officer ( Lift/ Elevator)

• Visit every building equipped with elevators and escalators
• Collect data of client & product
• Need to raise enquiry for modernization sales
• Need to participate on survey of existing product
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and engage potential customers, architects, contractors and developers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of sales experience in elevator or related industries.
• Understanding of elevator technology and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to market changes.
• Results-driven and team player mindset.
