Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Representatives (SRs) in executing field activities to achieve sales targets and expand product mix.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to enhance market coverage.
• Manage receivables effectively, enforcing timely collections to minimize overdue payments.
• Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to address field challenges.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales progress, payment collections, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and market development, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in dealer network development and territory management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler, with a willingness to travel extensively inside and outside the valley.
