Job Description

We, Technovate International Pvt. Ltd., are focused into import and sales of ICT products (mainly optical fiber products) in Nepal market. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional for the position of “Senior Sales Officer.” Details of the same have been highlighted below;

Essential Job Function: 

  • Identifying new and potential customers; and generating sales for the company.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Make cold calls and visits to potential clients, understand the client’s requirement, and demonstrate the company’s product features.
  • Plan and strive for achieving sales target assigned to him/her.
  • Preparing business proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term sales plans.
  • Preparing and submitting period sales reports.
  • Capable of managing Sales Team, demonstrating leadership qualities and mentoring the team members.

Essential Job Specification: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or Information Technology (Preferable master’s degree).
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Integrity, dependability, loyalty, taking ownership and ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley.
  • Having two-wheeler/license will have advantage.
