BDS Health Care is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the role of Senior Sales Manager for its Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare division. This mid-level position is ideal for a team leader with a strategic mindset and an aptitude for sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales objectives
Manage sales team to ensure performance and productivity goals are met
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement
Develop relationships with key clients and partners
Create and maintain a positive working environment
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
