Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives in assigned territories. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead sales efforts from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cable industry, expanding market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Present product offerings effectively, demonstrating value propositions to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Cable industry

Skills:

Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Leadership and team coordination abilities

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services
Understanding of customer behavior and sales strategies
Knowledge of territory or region (for field-based roles)

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel
Valid driver’s license
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
