Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated, result-oriented, and energetic professional to join our team as a Modern Trade Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing modern retail channels, building strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth through effective execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with modern trade outlets and key accounts
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail stores
Achieve sales targets and support business growth in assigned territory
Coordinate with store managers and buyers for orders, promotions, and listings
Monitor stock levels, competitor activities, and market trends
Implement promotional activities and in-store branding campaigns
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed or running preferred
Experience in sales, FMCG, retail, or modern trade will be an advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of retail operations and market dynamics
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work in field and meet sales targets
Valid two-wheeler license preferred
