Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the baby brand’s product portfolio, including diapers, baby toys, skincare, and accessories.
Ensure these strategies align with company goals and market trends.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share for baby products in existing and new regions.
Increase the brand’s presence across various channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
Monitor sales performance, track progress toward sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store and online promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
Drive brand visibility and increase consumer demand for baby products.
Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
Secure long-term contracts and business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Mentor and support junior sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and resources to help them meet and exceed their sales goals.
Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Conduct training sessions for retail partners and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the baby brand’s product offerings.
Educate clients about product benefits, features, and proper usage to drive sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in sales, baby care products, or (FMCG-personal hygiene) will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the baby care or (FMCG-personal hygiene) sector. Proven success in a senior sales role, including account management and territory expansion.

Salary: 30-35k. (Negotiable based on experience)
Time: 10am - 6pm.
