Overview

The Senior Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for the organization. They are responsible for leading the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

A. Showroom and Service Station Hygiene Management

  •  Ensure EIPL Showroom and Service Station are kept to Company Visual Standards and Policies. 

B. Scooter and Showroom Management

  • Ensure there are proper placement of Scooters and other accessories, merchandise in EIPL Showroom. 

C. Stock Management

  • Ensure proper Stock Management with updated record keeping of the scooters, scooters’ accessories, merchandise and spare parts in the EIPL Showroom. 
  • Coordinate with respective departments for the ordering of stock of scooters, accessories, merchandise and spares 

D. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet annual, quarterly and yearly showroom sales target by successfully managing the sales team of his/her respective showroom and recommending solutions to the customers to solve their problems. 

E. Identification of Opportunities

  • identify business opportunities by identifying prospects. 
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visits to prospects. 

F. Customer Management

  • Handle Customer queries and record in database and suggest possible solution to Immediate Supervisor 
  • Greet every customer and maintain good relationships with clients by providing all the necessary information about the products. 
  • Handle customer complaints and compliments and forward to Service Department and also follow up for Solutions in written to Immediate Supervisor as and when required. 
  • Develop team-building programs to enhance the overall customer experience and to drive sales. 

G. Competitors Analysis

  • Monitor competition in market by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, launch of new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and so on. 

H. Showroom Event Management

  • Implement sales promotions and organize showroom events as per requirements. 
  • Support Sales Executives in opening new accounts (dealing with customers) and upgrade existing service. 
  • I Quality Assurance

  • Check the status of the entire Scooters present in the showroom and ensure these scooters are in proper condition. 
  • Ensure Scooters are in the right condition at the time of receiving the scooters from Go-down and verify the status of the scooters before delivering to customers. 

I. Monitor after Sales Service

  • Team Management 
  • Service Standards and SOP Management 
  • Monitor service Personnel. 
  • Monitor Workflows, Standard Operating Procedure and 
  • Service Standards Compliance in the Service Stations and 
  • take corrective measures in case of any deviation. 
  • Handle Administrative Activities 
  • Ensure and monitor proper. 
  • Attendance System in the Showroom and Service Station. 
  • Manage leave record of 
  • employees every month and analyze necessary actions. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role with a successful track record
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
  • Attendance record should be verified on daily basis. 
  • Latecomers should be asked for clarification before 10:00 A.M. and necessary actions should be performed for proper discipline. 
  • Verify Leave request in terms of approval before 24 hours.
