Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the sales and marketing activities for our real estate and housing development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales performance, build brand awareness, and manage a high-performing sales team. This role is critical in driving the success of current and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

    1.    Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  •  Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for housing and real estate development projects.

    2.    Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Set performance objectives and ensure accountability within the team.

    3.    Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote housing projects, increasing visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with advertising agencies, PR firms, and digital platforms for brand promotion and lead generation.

    4.    Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, agents, and business partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

    5.    Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    6.    Budgeting & Financial Planning:

  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and discount offers for real estate projects.
