We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Account Officer at Om Riddhi Siddhi Traders is a leading distribution and wholesale company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to businesses across diverse industries., a leading Treading company in the Market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, and a passion for the Treading industry.

Earliest Joining Candidate shall be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Should be able to work independently and support on Financials preparations.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Should be able to reconcile banks and vendor Ledgers.
Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Should have a sound knowledge on accounting principles and standards.
Should have updated knowledge on VAT, TDS and other statutory duties.

Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management:

Oversee External Audit and Support Internal Audit.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, and government regulations.
Create audit reports ahead of time before they are required for internal and external auditors. Create a deadline calendar for each authority submission, e.g., tax office.
Manage financial risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
Develop, implement, and update finance Programmers and procedures.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management Faculty.
At least minimum 2 year of experience in Accounting
Experience in working with Accounting software and hands-on skills
Should be flexible with timing and responsible for the task assigned
Excellent academic record and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills, both oral and written.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interest in accounting and a desire to build a career in the accounting field.
