We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Account Officer at Om Riddhi Siddhi Traders is a leading distribution and wholesale company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to businesses across diverse industries., a leading Treading company in the Market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, and a passion for the Treading industry.

Earliest Joining Candidate shall be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to work independently and support on Financials preparations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Should be able to reconcile banks and vendor Ledgers.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Should have a sound knowledge on accounting principles and standards.
• Should have updated knowledge on VAT, TDS and other statutory duties.

Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management:

• Oversee External Audit and Support Internal Audit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, and government regulations.
• Create audit reports ahead of time before they are required for internal and external auditors. Create a deadline calendar for each authority submission, e.g., tax office.
• Manage financial risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
• Develop, implement, and update finance Programmers and procedures.
