Er. After returning to Nepal, he initially worked as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Procurement Manager at Shyam Sundar Constructions for a time period.
In 2073 BS, he founded Pashupati Shivajee Construction with just one staff member. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, now employing over 50 full-time team members and more than 500 project-based workers. Combining his theoretical expertise with hands-on experience, he has led Pashupati Shivajee Construction into an era of rapid growth and excellence.
