Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Ensure the quality of releases by conducting manual testing when necessary and providing insights into system behavior and potential risks.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks to reduce manual efforts and improve testing efficiency.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Write and execute API tests using Cypress or other testing tools.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure the scalability and efficiency of the application.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
• Experience in API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman or similar.
• Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter or similar.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
