Job Description

Senior Quality Analyst- will be functioning as central quality support to the team, responsible to ensure project quality standards and deliver bug-free high-tech projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SRS understanding, analysis and team transformation within project alignment
Envision end-deliverable product, plan test cases and types of testing for the project/s
Risk analysis, forecast technical challenges and plan proactively.
Hold project accountability and ensure quality delivery of the project within prescribed deadline
Initiate leadership roles for team growth and mentoring team members including interns and trainees
Comply by company’s working methodology and implement the same in team
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation
Documentation and implementation of QA processes and plans within the QA team
