Job Location: Based in Nepalgunj

The Senior Project Officer, Adolescent FP is responsible for program planning, implementation through Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) monitoring and reporting under the guidance of the Regional Program Manager- Western Regional Hub to Senior Manager, Adolescent FP.

Experience and Qualification:

  • BPH or relevant degree required
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in ASRH and/or family planning program management with bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience with master’s degree in public health
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and demonstrable ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent writing, public speaking, training, and group facilitation skills required
  • Familiarity with current evidence and best practices for ASRH
  • Familiarity of the provincial health system and provincial/ local government
