Job Description

Conducting strategic IT Projects for delivery of IT implementation and IT improvement projects by adhering to our given project methodology and applying given KPIs
Functional responsibility of project resource including supporting of development- and competency management
Project-related contract management focusing on defining work packages, fixed resource contracts and requirements management handling
Continuous improvement and standardization of given methodology in international IT projects
Identifying and engaging project-relevant stakeholders to ensure an aligned communication and decision-making process
Ensuring full compliance with project-related value flows within the LogPoint development organization

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing software projects
We expect you to flexible and highly motivated by achieving goals. You are ambitious and have a passion for constant improvement. Further, you are able to inspire the team members and keep them motivated throughout the project
You know how to work with top management, preferably across different cultures
Developer or other IT-background
Strong track record for working with agile processes
You are passionate about project management and make an effort to keep your knowledge up-to-date
You take pride in delivering projects on time with the agreed scope
You work in a structured manner and use the necessary tools
Even though you work in a very structured manner, you know how to adapt to new situations that arise in order to always stay focused on the end goal
Exceptional ability to execute projects, through personal integrity, self-confidence, and humility
Ability to work as part of the project management team, leading the project team and to work independently
Fluent in written and spoken English
