• Lead the team and provide technical inputs for VAW campaigns.
• Independently Design campaigns from women rights prospective,  develop strategies and activities along with the team members and take  lead to implement,  manage and monitor them.  
• Design and implement lobby and advocacy action plans using international and national instruments.
• Maintain effective communication and relationship with development partner.
• Prepare program proposals and develop fund raising plans.
• Prepare and finalize narrative reports for specific projects, annual and as per requirement of organization.  Coordinate and maintain working relation with government, NGO stakeholders and other relevant forums/networks to promote women’s right and social justice.

Core Competencies:

• Ability to advocate, to protect and promote women’s rights and social justice, design implementation plans, develop networking (national and international ) strategies,  working for   capacity development  for  community based women  group and  play lead role to facilitate  for their program implementation.
