We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative financial products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy, building user-centric features, and delivering real value in a fast-changing fintech landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full product lifecycle: from idea to launch and beyond
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals
• Work with engineers, designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Use data, feedback, and market trends to guide decisions and measure success
• Prioritize work effectively, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy
• Stay on top of financial regulations and ensure products are secure and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally with time spent in fintech
• Strong track record of launching successful digital products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable making decisions based on both data and intuition
• Solid understanding of the financial services industry and user behavior
• Familiarity with compliance topics like KYC, AML, or PSD2 is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
