• Minimum 20 years experience in which 15 years should be in procurement and contract administration tasks in large civil infrastructure projects funded by multilateral banks or donors
  
• Should have 10 years experience as Procurement Specialist with experience in FIDIC documents in 5 roads or similar infrastructure projects
• Graduate in Civil Engineering preferred Master’s degree in Transport / Highway / Contract Management / Construction Management

Requirements of Expertise: 

• Must have international work experience in similar geographical regions
