• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Laravel development. 
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
• Experience with large-scale projects that encompass substantial databases and vast user bases.
• Prior collaboration within teams of 3 to 10 members.
• Demonstrable expertise in designing and developing web services for large-scale mobile apps.
• Proven track record of developing and optimising performant web applications.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and an understanding of software testing methodologies.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Mastery in object-oriented PHP programming, complemented by a solid grasp of MVC design patterns.
• Comprehensive understanding of at least one Relational Database Management System.
• Proficiency in JS frameworks, with a pronounced focus on React.Js or VueJS.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, containers, and InertiaJS.
• Skillful handling of version control systems, notably Git, with a foundational grasp of repository management tools and the CI/CD process.
• A commitment to documenting development processes, architecture, and standard components.
• A penchant for staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in web development.

Good to have skills:

• Eye for UI/UX.
• Knowledge of basic server management with AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead software development initiatives and architectural designs, aligning with our technical team.
• Dive into reviews, troubleshooting, support, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases to guarantee optimal performance and functionality.
• Engage with the management team, participate actively in design and code reviews, and consistently share insights with the development team.
• Serve as a liaison, keeping the project manager informed of development progress and bridging the gap between development staff and project management.
• Command the entire web application development cycle, right from concept to post-launch support.
• Ensure the consistent development and deployment of highly performant web applications by adhering to industry best practices and software development principles.
• Implement and maintain rigorous testing processes to ensure software reliability and robustness. This includes unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Integrate 3rd party APIs into the current system.
