  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, with a focus on packaging and print design
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in 3D softwares like: Esko ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, A Packly, Sketchup. And Digital  illustration is a plus
  • Strong understanding of color management, print production processes, and file preparation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of various printing processes, materials, and paper usage is required, as well as design of print-related projects and editorial designs such as promotional graphics and magazine layouts

Job Description

  • Design and develop packaging and print materials, including labels, boxes, brochures, manuals and promotional items such as banners, posters, streamers, danglers etc.
  • Ensuring the design is appropriate, visually appealing, and easy to manufacture. Finalize designs for bottle and label, neck label, cork cap, aluminum neck wrap, shrink wrap on cap, mono-carton, and carton. Ensure all designs are ready for production        
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet brand standards and marketing objectives
  • Support Procurement in the bottle and packaging development process, finalizing print from suppliers and assist in bottle and packaging sizing and materials selection
  • Be responsible for selecting and finalizing materials and technicalities for print, coordinating with vendors, and making final approvals
  • Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for packaging and print materials
  • Conceptualize and create graphics and visuals for social media (Facebook, Instagram) and digital advertisements that meet brand standards, reflect brand colors, and align with brand visual identity and messaging to effectively promote the brand
  • Develop and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, working independently and as part of a team
  • Provide creative and technical guidance to junior designers as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, production processes, and international vendors
