Job Description

Javra is seeking for an experienced Business Development Officer to generate offshore outsourcing sales of our software services. The Business Development Officer is a key person who does everything to grow the company. You should focus primarily on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Territory Sales activities covering Research, Lead Generation, Pre approach and approach, Presentation, converting lead into business, Customer satisfaction, and Post sales service.
  • Ensure the implementation and Execution of Business targets agreed, ensuring the revenue targets 
  • Demonstrate company products and solutions by giving presentations. 
  • Product-wise Focus and drive at every single level and delivery of the Targets. 
  • Cordinate with Management Team for all supports for the field and Customers.
  • Developing and implementing new Brand Building Strategies 
  • Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments 
  • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management 
  • Responsible for achieving sales target 
  • Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same. 
  • Developing relevant business proposals and other sales documents.
  • Supporting marketing activities and implementing local events 
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Javra standard procedure.
  • A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
  • You will effectively interact with other departments including the accounts, management and technical team while handling campaigns.
  • Ensuring Javra Software remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
  • CRM system management.
  • Preparing and issuing newsletter, press release, direct mailings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA Graduate with specialization in Marketing 
  • 2+ yrs of experience in sales and business development, especially in the field of IT or similar professional services.

Profile: 

  • Technologically sound and capable 
  • High ambition level & motivation paired with persistence and target & result orientation 
  • Creativity, customer service attitude and “CAN DO” attitude
  • Taking own initiative and ability to work independently
  • Past exposure to international working environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptionally good communication skills in both written and oral English
  • Knowledge of Dutch is preferable
