Competent to all the HR functions, payroll management would be advantage
Well known of HR polices according to rule of Nepal government
Fluent in verbal and written English
Proficient in Office package especially in Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
Experience with Human Resources Management Software
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Excellent communication abilities
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
