Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist with designing, planning, and driving technical implementation and innovation of enterprise-level technologies within a large variety of environments.
Assist with technical projects and implementations as the project lead or as a supporting Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Perform root cause analysis that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incidents or service interruptions.
Perform research on security technologies and remain abreast of the developments in the security networking field.
Assist the Solutions Architect or Business Development in the creation of proposals, Bill of Materials, and design aspects of potential projects.
Working closely with the Solutions Architect in training and mentoring junior engineers within the practice and company.
Demonstrate strong technical initiative and customer interface skills.
Demonstrate strong research, evaluation, and analytical capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of application-level security, security appliances.
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of information security concepts, principles, and best practices.
SME for new technologies as customer requirements dictate.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform security (L7-L3) devices configuration conversions from one manufacturer to another.
Must demonstrate the ability to assess and document customer networks to assist them with increasing their security posture.
Must have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity
Develop and maintain network security policies, standards, and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Wherein his/her JD can be revised as per his responsibilities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelors in Computer Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering /IT or equivalent
Must have two wheeler vehicle

Preferred Professional Certification:

Minimum CCNP/JCNIP. Preference will be given with higher certification i.e CCIE.
